We currently deliver across India, ensuring matcha lovers nationwide can experience the quality and richness of Noon Matcha. For international orders, please reach out to our support team for assistance.
2. Delivery Time
- Standard Delivery: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, delivery generally takes 5-7 business days depending on your location.
Please note: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
3. Shipping Charges
- Standard Shipping: We offer standard shipping charges of ₹100 on all orders.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email and SMS notification with your tracking details. You can track the status of your shipment on our website or directly through the courier’s website.
5. Packaging and Handling
At Noon, we ensure that every package is carefully packed to preserve the quality of our matcha and prevent damage during transit. Our matcha is packed in airtight, protective packaging to maintain its freshness and flavor.
6. Delivery Partners
We partner with reliable delivery services to ensure your order reaches you securely and on time. Delivery partners may vary depending on your location to optimize delivery speed.
7. Undelivered Packages
If you’re unavailable at the time of delivery, our delivery partner will make two additional attempts to deliver your package. If the delivery is unsuccessful, the package will be returned to us, and you will be contacted for further instructions.
8. Shipping Restrictions
Due to certain regulations, we may be unable to deliver to specific remote areas. If we’re unable to ship to your location, our team will reach out to you immediately after your order is placed.
9. Delays and Issues
While we aim to deliver within the specified timeframes, unforeseen circumstances (such as weather, strikes, or lockdowns) may cause delays. In such cases, our team will keep you updated on the status of your order.
