How to Prepare

  1. Sift: Add 2-3 grams (about 1 teaspoon) of matcha powder into a bowl through a sifter to remove any clumps.
  2. Add Water: Pour 60-70 ml of hot water (around 80°C) over the matcha powder. Avoid boiling water to preserve the delicate flavors.
  3. Whisk: Using the bamboo whisk, blend in a “W” or zig-zag motion until frothy. The whisk creates a smooth, creamy layer on top.
  4. Enjoy: Sip as is or add warmed milk for a matcha latte twist!
