WHAT IS MATCHA?
Matcha is a finely ground, vibrant green tea powder made from specially grown and shade-cultivated tea leaves. Sourced primarily from Japan, matcha is rich in antioxidants, L-theanine, and chlorophyll, offering a smooth, umami-rich flavor with natural energy-boosting properties. Unlike regular green tea, matcha is whisked into water or milk, allowing you to consume the entire leaf for maximum health benefits.
